Fred Loetscher is a licensed real estate agent both in the State of Nevada and California and belong to both MLS boards. He has been licensed since 1988 and with his wife Linda sold over 1200 properties for our clients. Fred is a graduate from the Un. of Cincinnati, degree in Business.

Fred brings multifaceted careers to his real-estate business in which he is now a full time participant. Over the course of the last thirty years Fred served 21 years in the active Army and Reserves retiring as a Lt. Colonel. In his last position in private industry he served as Vice-President of Sales for a manufacturer of automotive aftermarket products responsible for the Western U.S. and Country of Mexico.

In the late 1980's Fred owned with his wife Linda "Hi-Country Real Estate" in Shingle Springs, CA working as a partner, general sales manager and CFO of the company. Personal service with his clients best interests at heart is his work ethic.
